1. High Planes Tonic

The High Plains Tonic combines Kyoto drip coffee, a bit of Valrhona dark chocolate, apple-grape juice, and a touch of tonic water - all over ice. A coffee-infused, chocolate covered grape that’s covered in tangy bubbles.
  • 3oz of Kyoto Drip Coffee 
  • 2oz of Apple-Grape juice
  • 3oz of  Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Garnish with Valrhona dark chocolate or any dark chocolate of your choice.

 

2. Coffee Mint Julep 

Fresh mint paired with our Kyoto drip coffee and a hint of sweetness. This becomes a perfectly rounded, slightly sweetened delicious drink and hits the spot perfectly on a warm afternoon. 

  • 5 oz Kyoto Drip Coffee 
  • 4 fresh Muddled mint leaves (+1 for garnish)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • Ice

 

3. Cold Fashioned 

This one’s a bit more intense than the other recipes and it requires more ingredients. Try a few of them out and find the flavor profile you enjoy the most in this mocktail.

  • 5 oz Kyoto Drip Coffee 
  • 0.5 grams simple syrup 
  • Half a pipet of orange bitters
  • Ice
  • Flambéed orange peel (mellows out the bright citrus notes that a standard orange peel would bring and creates more of an aroma)  
  • Cherry garnish 
  • Luxardo cherry
  • 2 grams of Luxardo cherry syrup

 

4. Iced Kyoto Coffee Latte 

  • 4 oz Kyoto Drip Coffee 
  • 5 oz Cold milk of your choice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • Ice 

Combine Kyoto Drip Coffee and milk until they're evenly mixed. 

 

5. Holiday Spiced White Russian 

 Spiced Coffee White Russian

A holiday special for you and your loved ones that’ll be a great way to spice things up after all the turkey this season. Simply combine ingredients in order, top with ice and enjoy.  

  • ½ oz Dripdash Holiday Coffee (available in the winter)
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur / Kahlua
  • 1 oz cream**
  • Ice
  •  

    ** Tip: Substitute cream with any milk of your choice, including dairy-free milk.
